Consultation / $200 Flat Fee

Whether you are preparing your home for sale or just want to give it a face lift this may be for you.  We walk your home with you, room by room, and discuss better lay-outs for furnishings, accessories and paint options.  We conclude with a written list of recommendations you can then complete on your own.

Interior Redesign / $500 - $2000

Staging your home for sale while you are currently living in it.  We will de-clutter, re-arrange furniture, design table settings and accessorize.  As needed, we will paint, landscape and coordinate kitchen, bathroom and flooring makeovers.

(Not moving, but just want a refresher?  We can do that, too.)

Home Staging / Requires Estimate

Vacant homes on the market often require furnishings to create a warm, inviting feeling.  Here we will rent furniture and provide plants, accessories and art work to give your home a model home appearance.  As home sizes vary, a visit to your home will be necessary to determine how many rooms will need to be furnished.  A formal estimate will be given within 48 hours.

Holiday Décor / $150 per hour

Let us decorate your home for the holidays!  We can work with your existing decorations or furnish them.  Perfect for your next holiday event or just when life gets too busy to get it all in.

Color Consultation / $75 per hour

Great for one or two rooms or the entire house.  We will help you select just the right paint colors to complete your existing décor.

Personal Shopper / $125 per hour

We will accompany you on shopping trips for furniture, accessories, bedding and paint.  We also have access to design centers for hardwood, carpet, granite, tile and window coverings for a more complete re-model of your home.
